Créanse hasta cien (100) becas para alumnas internas en dicha Escuela Normal Rural, las cuales se distribuirán en personal de los Municipios del Litoral Pacífico, con especialidad a los de la costa de Nariño. La adjudicación se hará de acuerdo con las normas que sobre el particular tiene establecidas o establezca el Ministerio de Educación, prefiriéndose en todo caso a los hijos de labriegos y obreros.
