Art. 381. Siempre que un buque rejistrado fuere apresado per el enemigo, o se perdiere o quemare, tendrá el propietario obligacion, bajo la pena del artículo anterior, de consignar la patente del buque en la Aduana u oficina del puerto a que pertenecia i en la que fué despachada, dentro del término que se fijará segun la distancia de los mares donde haya ocurrido el accidente.
