Los Consejos Departamentales de Economía estarán formados por el Gobernador del respectivo departamento y su secretario de Hacienda, por el gerente de la sucursal de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, y por tres representantes de los siguientes intereses económicos: agricultura y ganadería; industria y comercio, que serán nombrados por la Sociedad de Agricultores, por la entidad que represente los intereses de la industria, y por la Cámara de Comercio, respectivamente.
