° Consérvase la destinación del cincuenta por ciento (50%) del producto de las Aduanas de Buenaventura y Tumaco, que es el mismo que por el artículo 10 del contrato de 18 de Octubre de 1890 está destinado para esta obra, para terminar el Ferrocarril del puerto de Buenaventura á la ciudad de Cali.
