El Ministerio de Obras Públicas, por conducto de los Ingenieros del Ferrocarril del Pacifico, podrá vigilar la construcción del acueducto de que trata la presente Ley, a fin de constatar que adelanta de conformidad con los planos y estudios aprobados y de que el dinero del auxilio se invierte exclusivamente en tal obra.
