El contrato que celebre la Nación con el Banco de la República, para el desarrollo de las disposiciones contenidas en esta Ley, únicamente requerirá para su formalización la firma del Presidente de la República, previo concepto favorable del Consejo de Ministros, así como su publicación en el DIARIO OFICIAL.
