Artículo sexto. Las elecciones y nombramientos a que se refiere este Decreto deberán efectuarse en el curso del mes de diciembre de cada año.

Parágrafo

Cuando no pudiere cumplirse esta disposición, los nombramientos se entenderán hechos para el resto del período respectivo.
