El Gerente General del Inurbe, o su Delegado, distribuirá el personal en el Nivel Central o Regional, nombrado o incorporado en la Planta de Personal de que trata el presente Decreto, entre las diferentes dependencias del Instituto, de acuerdo con la naturaleza de las funciones, las necesidades del servicio y planes y programas trazados por la Entidad.
