Art. 5º Para las disposiciones, censos y fundaciones a que se refiere el inciso 4º del mismo artículo, el benefactor se entenderá con la Junta, la que en cualquier de estos casos hará practicar las diligencias necesarias para asegurar el beneficio, y ordenará el gasto correspondiente.
