Está prohibido a los peatones: 1. Invadir la zona destinada al tránsito de vehículos. Transitar en patines, patinetas o similares, en vías destinadas a las permitidas para ello. 3. Llevar sin las debidas precauciones, elementos que puedan obstaculizar el tránsito. Los ciegos deberán portar una vara pintada con señales preventivas, para anunciarse en forma ostensible al atravesar las vías, a fin de que los conductores de vehículos los vean y detengan la marcha.
