Art. 2.° Nómbrase para desempeñar dichos destinos en el orden expresado, á los Sres. Rafael Estévez, Pedro J. Vieira, Indalecio Londoño, Hermógenes Novoa, Aureliano Andrade y Marco A. Benavides. El Recaudador de la Provincia de Bogotá no tiene que ejercer funciones en la antigua Provincia de Oriente, para la cual se nombrará un empleado especial.
