ARTICULO 1.7.3.0.1 . INTERESES. A partir de la ejecutoria de cualquier resolución por medio de la cual la Superintendencia Bancaria imponga una sanción y hasta el día de su cancelación, las personas y entidades sometidas a su control y vigilancia deberán reconocer en favor del Tesoro Nacional un interés mensual del tres por ciento (3%) sobre el valor insoluto de la sanción.
