Créanse diez becas permanentes sostenidas por la Nación en las Escuelas de Enfermería, que serán adjudicadas a señoritas de la Comisaria del Caquetá, de acuerdo con el siguiente reparto: tres (3), para la ciudad de Florencia y una para cada uno de los Corregimientos comisariales de Belén, Morelia, San Vicente, Guacamayas, Puerto Rico, Potosí y La Montañita.

Parágrafo

Para la adjudicación de esas becas se exigirá que las aspirantes hayan cursado solamente hasta tercer año de bachillerato.
