De la protección contra la oxidación y desecación . Se autoriza el glaseado con agua potable u otras soluciones permitidas por el Ministerio de Salud, con el objeto de proteger el producto frente a fenómenos de oxidación y desecación. El peso del glaseado no se considerará nunca como componente del peso neto.
