Pensión por muerte con doce (12) años de servicio . Cuando el Oficial o Suboficial falleciere por accidente en misión del servicio o por causas inherentes al mismo, con doce (12) o más años de servicio pero con menos de quince (15) la pensión a que tienen derecho los beneficiarios se liquidará como si el Oficial o Suboficial hubiere cumplido quince (15) años de servicio.
