ARTICULO 38. SERVICIOS Y COMPRAS CONTRATADAS. Los servicios y compras cuyos contratos hayan sido perfeccionados con cargo al presupuesto de la Dirección Nacional de Estupefacientes y al Fondo Rotatorio de Prevención, Represión y Rehabilitación del Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes, se seguirán prestando o ejecutarán a la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección Nacional de Estupefacientes, hasta el vencimiento de los respectivos contratos.
