Transitorio. Los planes de premios correspondientes a los sorteos extraordinarios a realizarse durante el año de 1990, serán sometidos a consideración del Ministerio de Salud o de la autoridad de vigilancia y control que haga sus veces, al menos quince (15) días antes de la fecha que se escoja para efectuar el sorteo inicial. Para los años siguientes se observará el plazo y as condiciones que señala el Decreto 1332 de 1989, artículo 4°.
