No podrán pertenecer a las Juntas Directivas de las compañías a que se refiere este Decreto las personas que ejerzan cargos de Gerente, Representante Legal, Director, Administrador, Apoderado General, Asesor o cualquier otro cargo que bajo distinta denominación implique funciones similares en otra u otras entidades financieras sometidas al control de la Superintendencia Bancaria.
