La Junta Directiva tendrá sesiones ordinarias para por lo menos una vez al mes, y extraordinariamente cuando sea convocada por el Ministro de Minas y Energía, por su suplente, por le Gerente, el Revisor Fiscal, o por dos (2) de sus miembros que actúen como principales. Las citaciones a la reuniones de la Junta Directiva deberán hacerse con una antelación mínima de tres (3) días comunes, por cualquier medio.
