º. Se sujetarán a lo previsto en el presente Decreto las exportaciones de banano fresco clasificable bajo la subpartida arancelaria 0803000099, cuyo destino sea uno de los países miembros de la Unión Europea, y hasta concurrencia de un cupo total de ciento quince mil quinientas toneladas métricas (115.500 TM.) para el trimestre comprendido entre el primero (1º) de enero y el treinta y uno (31) de marzo de mil novecientos noventa y cinco (1995).

Parágrafo

Son países miembros de la Unión Europea los siguientes: Bélgica, Dinamarca, España, Francia, Grecia, Irlanda, Italia, Luxemburgo, Países Bajos, Portugal, el Reino Unido, la República Federal de Alemania y los demás que formalicen su ingreso a dicha Unión.
