Artículo primero. Las personas comprendidas en el ordinal a), del artículo segundo de la Ley 10 de 1962, deberán presentar los siguientes documentos ante las secretarías o Direcciones Departamentales de Salud Pública: Primero. El diploma debidamente autenticado. Segundo. Cédula de ciudadanía colombiana o de extranjería. Tercero. Certificación de haber definido su situación militar. Cuarto. Certificación de haber cumplido con lo establecido en el artículo 4º de la citada Ley.
