LICENCIA AMBIENTAL GLOBAL PARA LA ETAPA DE EXPLOTACIÓN MINERA. Adiciónase el artículo 52 de la Ley 99 de 1993 con el siguiente

Parágrafo

"La autoridad ambiental podrá otorgar una licencia ambiental global para la etapa de explotación minera, sin perjuicio de la potestad de ésta para adicionar o establecer condiciones ambientales específicas requeridas en cada caso dentro del área objeto del título minero."
