Art. 51. Los editores o empresarios de periódicos, salvo pacto en contrario, no tienen derecho sino a publicar una sola vez los artículos de los escritores por ellos remunerados, los cuales escritores conservan la propiedad de sus obras y el derecho de publicarlas en la forma que les convenga.
