Establécese el Círculo Notarial y Registra de Apartadó, constituido por sendas oficinas de notario y registro, con competencia en los municipios mencionados en el artículo 17. Por consiguiente, el Círculo Notarial y Registral de Turbo, comprenderá los mismos municipios sobre los que tiene competencia el Juzgado Laboral del Circuito de Turbo.
