Los pasaportes ordinarios, expedidos por autoridad competente dentro y fuera del país serán válidos por cinco (5) años, a partir de la fecha de su expedición y caducarán al cabo de ese término, sin perjuicio de' lo dispuesto en el artículo 20 del presente Decreto. Los pasaportes expedidos con anterioridad al presente Decreto deberán ser revalidados hasta completar los siete (7) años de validez.
