Adiciónese un parágrafo al artículo 91 de la Ley 106 de 1993, el cual quedará así:

Parágrafo

Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el presente artículo, la Contraloría General de la República podrá destinar recursos de su pre­supuesto, para la ejecución directa de planes y programas o el desarro­llo de actividades de bienestar social para los servidores de la entidad, lo cual realizará en coordinación con el Fondo de Bienestar Social.
