A partir del 1° de enero de 2006, la remuneración mensual de los Procuradores Regionales será de: Seis millones quinientos cuatro mil quinientos cuarenta y siete pesos ($6.504.547) moneda corriente, distribuida así: ASIGNACION BASICA 2.105.004 GASTOS DE REPRESENTACION 2.105.004 PRIMA TECNICA 1.147.270 PRIMA ESPECIAL 1.147.269

Parágrafo

De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 9º del Decreto 264 de 2000, la remuneración mensual del Procurador Regional será de: Seis millones cuatrocientos ochenta mil setecientos noventa y cuatro pesos ($6.480.794) moneda corriente, distribuida así: ASIGNACION BASICA 3.200.831 GASTOS DE REPRESENTACION 2.498.655 PRIMA ESPECIAL 781.308
