VIGENCIA DE LOS ESTATUTOS. Los presentes estatutos regirán a partir de su aprobación por el Gobierno Nacional y formarán parte del contrato para el funcionamiento del Fondo, celebrado entre el Gobierno Nacional y el Banco de la República con arreglo a lo dispuesto en el artículo 1º de la Ley 117 de 1985.
