Entrega física. El Administrador del Frisco efectuará directamente o a través de un delegado la entrega física del bien a favor de quien se ordenó, en el estado en que se encuentre. La devolución física de los inmuebles que se encuentren arrendados operará adicionalmente con la cesión del contrato de arrendamiento a favor de la persona indicada por la autoridad judicial competente. Cuando exista proceso judicial respecto de los contratos de arrendamiento, el Administrador del Frisco efectuará la cesión de los derechos litigiosos a favor de la persona indicada por la autoridad judicial.
