Los estudiantes de medicina del quinto año en adelante, que hayan sido aprobado en un concurso abierto por la Facultad de Medicina, de acuerdo con Ministerio de Guerra, podrán ingresar en el Ejército como Tenientes Médicos, y como Capitanes, los que tengan diplomas expedidos por la Facultad de a universidad Nacional.
