Los planes y programas que se establecen en la presente ley, junto con la Resolución número 1500 de 2012 “Plan Especial de Manejo y Protección” emanada del ministerio de Cultura, se armonizarán con la fundamentación técnica de las secretarías de planeación del departamento de Norte de Santander y del municipio de Villa del Rosario.
