La Dirección General de Aduanas comunicará a las autoridades de Aduanas de los demás países miembros, lo mismo que a las Aduanas Nacionales fronterizas, la identificación de los vehículos autorizados para el transporte internacional con indicación de los números y término de vigencia de cada una de las libretas de los vehículos, así como el nombre del transportador que los opere para la anotación en el libro de control respectivo.
