Siempre que el Inspector ó Intendente lo juzgue necesario, podrá haber investigaciones conducentes á comprobar la exactitud de los sobordos, conocimientos, etc., para lo cual se le franquearán por los dueños de las embarcaciones los libros originales de sobordos y los demás datos pertinentes.
