º La Comisión Forestal a que se refiere el artículo 6º de la Ley 119 de 1919 quedará, integrada por el señor Ministro de Agricultura y Comercio, por un Ingeniero graduado, con una asignación mensual de cien pesos ($ 100) y por un Ayudante Escribiente, con ochenta pesos ($ 80). El Ingeniero entre sus atribuciones tendrá, además, la de revisar los planos de las solicitudes de adjudicación de baldíos y la de formar la estadística correspondiente. El Ayudante Escribiente actuará., además, como Secretarlo de la Comisión.
