Competencia para su expedición . Los Servicios Seccionales de Salud, del lugar donde se encuentren los establecimientos receptores de la leche a transportar, cuando se cumplan los requisitos generales exigidos en el presente Decreto, deberán expedir, mediante resolución, motivada licencia sanitaria de transporte a los tanques isotérmicos, carrotanques isotérmicos y vehículos para transporte de leche, en cualquiera de sus formas o presentaciones.
