Son funciones del Grupo de Medios Electrónicos de Comunicación:

Recibir, registrar, clasificar, duplicar y distribuir los mensajes que lleguen por estos medios y numerar y enviar los que se originen en el Ministerio;

Conservar debidamente el archivo correspondiente y velar por su oportuno mantenimiento.
