supplements decreto 663/93

Adiciónase el numeral 2 del artículo 330 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, sustituido por el Decreto 2489 de 1999, con el siguiente literal:

"j) La Subdirección de Representación Judicial y Ediciones Jurídicas de la Superintendencia Bancaria o la dependencia que cumpla sus funciones podrá representar a los funcionarios del nivel directivo de dicha entidad que lo soliciten, cuando en relación con el ejercicio de sus funciones tengan que comparecer ante autoridades jurisdiccionales o de control de cualquier clase. La representación se realizará sólo durante el tiempo en que dichos funcionarios presten sus servicios a la Superintendencia Bancaria."
