El patrimonio del Instituto estará constituido por: 1. las partidas que con destino al Instituto se incluyan en el presupuesto Nacional. 2. Los bienes muebles e inmuebles que pertenecen a las unidades administrativas que de acuerdo con este decreto pasan formar parte del Instituto. 3. El producto de las operaciones que realice, y 4. Los bienes que, como persona jurídica, adquiera a cualquier título.
