° . Sistema de cuenta y régimen jurídico de los actos y contratos del Famazónico. Los recursos del Famazónico previstos en el artículo 95 de la Ley 99 de 1993 se administrarán a través de un sistema especial de manejo de cuentas del Ministerio del Medio Ambiente. Los contratos que celebre el representante legal del Famazónico, para el cumplimiento de sus funciones, se regirán por el estatuto contractual vigente y las normas que lo modifiquen o adicionen.
