Artículo tercero. No podrá darse destinación diferente a la que se consigna en el presente Decreto, a las partidas que como auxilio se entregan a las Facultades mencionadas. La Contraloría General de la República, según sus reglamentos de intervención fiscal, cuidará de que se cumpla lo aquí previsto.
