Las hijas legitimas mientras que permanezcan solteras y los hijos menores hasta la mayor edad, herederos de Oficiales del Ejército, que hubieren prestado servicios militares por más de veinte años y que hubieren muerto al servicio de la Policía Nacional, quedan comprendidos en las disposiciones del artículo 22 de la Ley 75 de 1925 .
