Artículo único. La aprobacion que el gobierno jeneral debe impartir a los tratados o convenios que los estados celebren entre sí, alterando o variando sus límites, se verificará por medio de una lei espedida i sancionada conforme a lo dispuesto en los artículos 54 i 61 de la constitucion.
