ARTICULO 58. De las consecuencias de la esclusion de la carrera Cuando en virtud de lo dispuesto en los artículos 127 y 128 del decreto-ley 1651 de 1977 se excluya a un funcionario de la carrera de que trata el presente decreto, la autoridad nominaría decretara su separación del servicio

Parágrafo

los actos administrativos de que trata este articulo serán motivados y tendrán como base la resolución mediante la cual la autoridad competente establecida en el articulo 47 de este decreto, determino excluir del escalafón al funcionario correspondiente. DISPOSICIONES VARIAS
