Adiciónase el numeral 2.6 al artículo 496 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, el cual quedará así: "2.6. No entregar a la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, la información del manifiesto expreso y de los documentos de transporte en la oportunidad y forma prevista en el presente decreto".
