Atención al Veterano. Las entidades públicas que tengan servicio de atención al público, deberán establecer una ventanilla preferencial o adaptar la existente, para la atención a este grupo poblacional con el fin de facilitar y agilizar las gestiones que realicen. En caso de no contar con ventanilla o fila preferencial, se deberá privilegiar la atención de los Veteranos en las ventanillas o filas habilitadas.
