º El Director General de Aduanas podrá anular, suspender o cancelar cualquier licencia de agente de aduana por las siguientes causas: 1ª Por cancelación, caducidad o expiración de la fianza; 2ª Por infracción de las leyes, decretos y reglamentos, y 3ª Por ocurrir alguna circunstancia que descalifique o inhabilite legalmente a la persona para gozar de la licencia.
