Decreto 1287 de 1994 · por el cual se reorganiza el Instituto Nacional de Cancerología y se transforma en una Empresa Social del Estado

º . Del Director o Gerente. La Dirección del Instituto Nacional de Cancerología, Empresa Social del Estado, estará a cargo del Director o Gerente, quien será su representante legal y será nombrado por el Presidente de la República, de conformidad con los artículos 192 y 195 de la Ley 100 de 1993.

Parágrafo

El Director o Gerente del Instituto Nacional de Cancerología, Empresa Social del Estado deberá acreditar los requisitos fijados por la Ley y sus reglamentos, y adicionalmente, deberá ser médico, acreditar una especialización en cualquier rama de la cancerología y diez años de experiencia en el área.
