Sanciones. La violación de las disposiciones del presente decreto, de las establecidas en el manual gráfico y de uso del Sello o el suministro de información falsa para la obtención de la certificación estarán sujetos a las sanciones civiles, comerciales, penales y administrativas aplicables, de conformidad con las disposiciones vigentes sobre estas materias.
