ARTICULO 124 . INSCRIPCION DE BACHILLERES AUXILIARES EN LA CARRERA. El personal del cuerpo auxiliar de la Guardia, que haya prestado servicio militar obligatorio en los centros de reclusión y obtenido su tarjeta de reservista, podrá ser nombrado como Dragoneante previo curso de complementación en la Escuela Penitenciaria Nacional, superado el cual podrá ser inscrito en la carrera, siempre y cuando reúna los demás requisitos exigidos en este estatuto.
