Art. 2461. La anticresis no da al acreedor, por sí sola, ningún derecho real sobre la cosa entregada.

Se aplica al acreedor anticrético lo dispuesto a favor del arrendatario, en el caso del artículo 2020.

No valdrá la anticresis en perjuicio de los derechos reales, ni de los arrendamientos anteriormente constituidos sobre la finca.
